Strategy and performance information, plans, assessments, inspections and reviews
1. Information regarding the Commission’s strategy and performance are

2. Information regarding the current review being undertaken by the
Commission is made available in the ‘2023 Review’ section of our website.
3. The Commission’s final recommendations to Parliament regarding
constituency boundaries following the Fifth General Review (subsequently implemented at the 2010 General election) are available on the
‘Data and resources’ page of our website.
4. Previous constituency review recommendation report publications are currently only held in hard copy.
5. The Parliamentary electorate statistics for existing Parliamentary
constituencies in England are available via the ‘Data and resources’ page of our website

Policies and procedures

Current written protocols for delivering our functions and responsibilities
1. The framework for delivery of our functions and responsibilities is set out in
statute, specifically the Parliamentary Constituencies Act 1986 (as
subsequently amended).
2. Commissioners are also required to comply with the Code of Conduct for
Board Members of Public Bodies (published by the Cabinet Office), which
can be accessed via the ‘About us’ section of our website.

The services we offer

Advice and guidance, booklets and leaflets, transaction and media releases
1. In addition to the above information, the Commission makes a number of
guidance and information documents available during a live constituency
review. These are made available on the section of our website dedicated to the current review.
2. During a live constituency review, updates on the progress of that review are
made available in the dedicated current review section and ‘News’ section of our
website.
3. The Commission passes its archived material to the National Archives.
